Summary (What is this all about?) California Curb Appeal Real Property Specialists is seeking newly licensed real estate agents who are ready to start their careers in a supportive and structured environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to making real estate a full-time profession and are eager to develop their skills through hands-on coaching and mentorship. Agents will receive training, guidance, and access to industry tools to help them create the real estate business they envision for themselves. We give agents the tools to grow as much as they desire, up to becoming Brokers themselves! We offer an exciting compensation package that is flexible and dependent on the agent's contribution. In other words, compensation is directly tied to the agent's contribution to the project or transaction. In addition to commission-based earnings, we provide various income opportunities , including property management, notary services, and loan servicing, based on the agent's interests. Responsibilities (Some of which we will teach you) * Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties * Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential leads * Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs * Utilize brokerage-provided tools to manage leads and transactions * Attend networking events and open houses to grow professional connections * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations * Collaborate with team members and brokerage staff to support business growth Qualifications (Non-negotiable) * Must have a California Real Estate License * Demonstrable communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals or groups effectively * A willingness to learn new skills and maintain a growth mindset * Must have time available to dedicate to developing into a successful real estate agent * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment * Must possess a desire and a vision for one's self that exceeds traditional concepts of what it means to be a real estate agent.
