Full description of the position

* Responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy within the defined region. * Implement strategies to retain install base customers and displace competitors within filtration. * Devise and manage an extensive aftermarket growth plan. * Deliver incremental Aftermarket sales growth in line with company 5 year strategy. * Increase install base retention rates with longer term plans. * Identify key customer growth strategies MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Experience Desired: * Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (required) * Must have high technical aptitude and able to speak knowledgeably on technical applications. * Aftermarket experience is a MUST (required) * Filtration experience is necessary. (required) * 5-10 years of experience in sales, account management, business development ideally within industrial air filtration. (required) * Ability to independently manage sales and channel growth in a given region. * Must be entrepreneurial and able to succeed in a smaller company environment. * * Strong analytical skills * Strong problem solving skills * Excellent interpersonal skills Our client is a market leader in industrial filtration equipment and replacement filters. They lead several market leading brands on a global scale in air, gas, liquid filtration and are looking for someone to grow their aftermarket / replacement filter sector in the US market. This is a remote work from home position. * Competitive base salary $120-140k base + 30% bonus * full benefits, 401K, PTO, * fully remote in the NE US.
