Miller and Smith, a premier new home builder, is seeking a full time Sales Associate for our new home community in Henrico County, Richmond VA. The Community Sales Associate provides administrative and sales support to the Community Sales Manager. This support includes, but is not limited to, meeting and greeting prospective buyers, scheduling appointments for Sales Manager, maintaining sales materials, maintaining the model and sales office for cleanliness and overall condition, interacting with buyers, verifying home selections for accuracy, assisting with design selections appointments, attending specified sales related meetings & trainings, and administrative duties as required. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree preferred, but not required, one-year or more experience hosting in new homes sales, or related industry, proficient computer competency, excellent communication skills and ability to work weekends.
