Overview

Tired of selling but have great sales and people skills? We want you!! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Practice Ambassador to represent our Endospecialists (Root canal specialty) brand and engage with our community. 1-2 Sales experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting our mission and values while fostering positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. As an Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving engagement through various outreach initiatives.

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for community engagement, by traveling to referring dental offices throughout the east bay and providing information about our organization and its offerings.
• Participate in events, dental meetings/conventions, and community activities to promote our brand and build relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement outreach strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Collect feedback from community members and track opportunities and resulting productivity to inform program development and improve services.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with diverse dental offices.
• Assist in creating promotional materials and content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness. Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster relationships within the community.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
