The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting internal coordination to ensure high-quality service and customized solutions. Responsibilities for Sales Engineer * Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions * Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up * Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities * Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan * Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed Qualifications for Sales Engineer * Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English * Experience in B2B sales or as a sales engineer * AND/OR background in engineering or technical knowledge * Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges Work Schedule for Sales Engineer Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour break) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Yearly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
