Responsibilities

for Sales Engineer

• Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions
• Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
• Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan
• Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed

Qualifications

for Sales Engineer

• Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English
• Experience in B2B sales or as a sales engineer
• AND/OR background in engineering or technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges Work Schedule for Sales Engineer Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour break) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
