Key Responsibilities: * Drive new business and exceed sales goals through prospecting and cross-selling existing customers * Identify and qualify sales leads from a variety of sources * Offer Allstate products that protect customers' families, assets, and futures * Be an active member of your local community, helping others prepare for life's uncertainties * Educate potential customers on how insurance can meet their needs and provide peace of mind * Deliver an outstanding customer experience, establishing long-term relationships built on trust Qualifications: * Must be based in California * A strong interest in sales, with prior experience in sales preferred * Willingness to obtain necessary Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses upon hire (existing licenses are a plus!) * Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual Preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through * Willing to work Saturdays 9:00AM - 3:00PM, We closed Sundays.
