Full description of the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who is immediately available to join, lead and drive the clinic's revenue growth. This full-time position is ideal for someone with at least 3+ years of combined sales experience , particularly in high-ticket direct-to-consumer sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing sales in industries such as home improvement, equipment, services, or high-end consumer goods or medical sales and service. This role is not for order takers; we need a motivated closer who knows how to convert prospects into loyal clients. With little competition and the opportunity to sell high-ticket services in a positive and growth-driven environment, this position offers a chance to thrive in an executive sales office. You will be responsible for driving clinic revenues, managing client interactions, and ensuring a consistent flow of sales and client satisfaction. Duties/Responsibilities: * Lead Sales Efforts : Present and sell clinic products and services to both new and existing customers, ensuring that clients understand the value of our offerings and are motivated to make purchases. * Prospecting & Outreach: Identify potential clients, contact them, and actively work to set up consultations or appointments. Create opportunities by prospecting and following up on leads. * Close Sales : Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into loyal clients. Follow through on appointments and sales to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. * Customer Relationship Management : Use CRM platforms to manage client interactions, keep track of sales activities, and ensure follow-ups are made in a timely manner. * Marketing & Presentations: Create engaging sales materials and presentations to clearly communicate the clinic's offerings and tailor solutions to client needs. * Goal-Oriented Performance : Consistently reach sales quotas and deadlines, driving business results while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. * Team Leadership : Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to mentor other team members toward sales success. * Client Consultation & Education: Conduct consultations with prospective clients, educating them about services, packages, and treatment areas available. * Follow-Up & Retention: Set follow-up appointments to keep clients informed about new offerings and services, ensuring that all clients receive consistent attention and service. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, especially in direct-to-consumer in-home sales , home improvement, services, cars, or equipment sales. * Strong closing skills with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills , both in-person and over the phone. * Proven ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships. * Outstanding personal grooming and presentation ; must present a polished and professional appearance. * High level of enthusiasm and motivation , with a goal-oriented approach. * Ability to manage deadlines and attention to detail , ensuring accurate sales reporting and follow-up. * Familiarity with CRM platforms and a comfort level with sales tracking tools. * Positive attitude and a strong work ethic ; we are looking for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal competition. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand or sit for long periods while managing client interactions. * Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate throughout the clinic's departments. Benefits: * Would be eligible for Benefits after 6 months of service and performance.
