What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements: * Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls * Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building * Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries * Check insurance, identification, and update systems * Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets * Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more * Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor Essential Job Functions: * Must have a valid driver's license * High school education or equivalent * 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry preferred * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency * Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship * Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers * Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
