Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration. Community involvement Requirements Experience Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service is essential. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively. Self-Motivated: Driven and goal-oriented individuals will excel. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Learning Attitude: Willingness to continuously learn about new products and services. Insurance License: Willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in retail sales or similar environments is advantageous.
