About the Role: At Pro Styles Roofing and Home Improvement, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled personal service that only a smaller, family-owned business can offer. As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our mission to educate homeowners about changes in homeowners' insurance coverages, roof damage, and roof maintenance. You will also provide top-tier services as an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. Your key responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: * Customer Interaction : Engaging with potential customers to understand their roofing needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Roof Inspections: Identify storm damage, chalking problem areas with taking video with commentary of the inspection to share with the customer. * Sales Presentations : Conducting presentations to showcase roofing products and services. * Estimating Costs : Providing accurate estimates for roofing projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses. * Contract Negotiation : Negotiating contracts with customers to finalize sales. * Follow-Up : Maintaining contact with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Documentation : Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details on the job board. Qualifications: * Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills. * Determination to achieve personal goals with meticulous attention to detail. * Proven sales experience in assisting customers with selecting the best options tailored to their needs. * Preferred experience in outside sales, with comprehensive training provided to ensure comfort and proficiency. * Proficiency in using job-related software applications (training will be provided). * Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while engaging in easy and effective conversations. * Comfortable with door-to-door sales (training provided) * Physical ability in climbing ladders with ease in performing roof inspections.
