Job Description

: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers face-to-face in a retail environment.
• Providing product information and answering customer inquiries.
• Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Driving sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
• Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
• Traveling to different store locations as needed.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
