5 Star Automotive is growing and seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. *The ability to speak both English & Spanish is required. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Prior outbound call center experience is required * A dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone. * Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. * Friendly and customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide outstanding service. * Basic computer skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet call quotas and targets. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections or rejections positively. * Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales techniques and product knowledge. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Achieve set targets and make a high volume of outbound calls, ranging from 50 to 100 per day. * Engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating our products' features, benefits, and value. * Utilize provided scripts and guidelines to deliver consistent and persuasive sales pitches. * Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening skills. * Meet and exceed individual and team targets, such as call quotas and conversion rates. * Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with potential leads. * Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and resolve complaints or issues to ensure a positive customer experience. * Collaborate with our supportive team members and share best practices to optimize sales strategies and improve team performance.
