We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a B2B sales environment. You will engage with customers, promote products, and ensure a positive sales record. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Pays base salary + commission + bonus Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue * Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. * Research local markets and pinpoint potential business leads, then develop strategies to broaden our outreach and bring in new customers. * Effective training methods are vital to providing our sales representatives with the tools they need to meet monthly sales goals. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or during follow-up calls. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales strategy.
