We are looking for Licensed Realtors in Titusville, FL. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Realtor to join our dynamic real estate team. Support Team Zimmerman Realtors gives you a foundation that allows you to do what you do best. Focus on SELLING! We have support for almost every other aspect of the business. * Business Planning * Marketing * Transaction (paperwork) Management * Contract Knowledge We want our agents to focus as much of their time as possible on doing deals. Not the other stuff. Leads Most Real Estate Agents aren't used to being busy. Our Team is very good at getting agents very busy, fast. Our "Leads" aren't just leads. They are leads that convert into deals. Over half of all the deals our Team closes are Team generated deals. Our Team Leads in 2024 led to... * Average Price of Closed Deals = $400K * Average Number of Closed Transactions = 18 per year Yes, we generate leads for our agents to work and add more income to their business. We also teach you how to build and nurture a database for repeat business. Training & Mentoring Our Team is always working to get better in all different aspects of the business.
