Position Overview As a Sales Associate , you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing members. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, drive membership sales, and create a welcoming and energetic studio environment. You'll help prospective members understand the benefits of Orangetheory and encourage them to take the first step on their fitness journey. Key Responsibilities * Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective members in person, over the phone, and via digital communication. * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest and member feels welcomed and valued. * Conduct studio tours and introduce potential members to the Orangetheory workout experience. * Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to increase conversion rates. * Assist in executing local marketing campaigns and community outreach. * Maintain accurate records using the studio's CRM system. * Support daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and cleanliness. What We 're Looking For * Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals. * Sales and customer service experience (preferred but not required). * Outgoing personality with strong communication skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
