Account Executives The AE is a key team player and member of the account team. The AE has mastered all the basic public relations functions such as writing, editing, working with the media, strategy development and cost-effective delivery of programs. Education and Experience: * 2-4 years of PR agency experience required. * Journalism, Communications, or English degrees preferred. Requirements: * Experience creating campaign plans, setting timelines, determining material needs, managing implementation budgets, selecting suppliers, and organizing all aspects of campaign delivery. * Experience planning and managing media interface through target media research, key message development, result-oriented pitching, and supervising interviews. * Experience managing database development, distribution, and account admin work. * Excellent writing and presentation (written and verbal) skills. * Strong project management skills. * Strong research skills and knowledge of research tools. * Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
