Overview

: We are seeking a Solar Canvassing Team Manager to lead, train, and inspire our canvassing teams in the field. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who has experience managing sales teams, preferably in door-to-door, solar, or home improvement industries. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team focused on generating qualified leads and appointments through direct canvassing efforts.

Responsibilities

:

• Train canvassers for door-to-door solar campaigns.
• Motivate and manage canvassing teams to meet or exceed daily and weekly goals.
• Lead by example -- participate in field canvassing and demonstrate best practices.
• Conduct daily team meetings and regular field training sessions.
• Track team performance, report metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Foster a positive, energetic team environment focused on success and growth.

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience managing a sales or canvassing team is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proven track record in door-to-door or face-to-face sales (solar industry experience is a plus).
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within Los Angeles.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
