We're looking for a Design Sales Specialist who brings passion, creativity, and thoughtfulness to every customer interaction. If you love good design, meaningful conversations, and want to be part of something truly different, this could be the role for you. What You 'll Do * Guide clients through the custom furniture journey, from inspiration to installation. * Offer tailored design advice, helping customers make confident choices on textiles, layouts, and finishes. * Build lasting relationships--this is not fast furniture, and you're not a pushy salesperson. * Collaborate with our production and hospitality teams to create a seamless showroom and dining experience. * Support events and community outreach as we grow our presence in Richmond. What You Bring * A strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for modern, sustainable design. * Sales experience (especially in home furnishings, interior design, or hospitality) is a big plus. * Confidence with digital tools and design platforms (iPad-based sales, design rendering apps, etc.). * Comfort working evenings and weekends in a dynamic, guest-facing environment. * A belief that " The Little Things Are Not Little"--you care about follow-through, gratitude, and doing things right.
