Our proven sales and business development practices have allowed us to expand into new client contracts, so we have an immediate opening for an Entry Level Sales Representative! As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll bring ambition and enthusiasm to a growing team that is ready to hit the ground running. Your communication skills and leadership abilities will determine how effective our sales campaigns are in growing our customer base and clients' brand awareness. You'll have the opportunity to lead a team and have a huge influence on the success of key sales initiatives by working together to improve our face-to-face business consumer engagements.

Responsibilities

for an Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Execute day-to-day sales, business development, and customer service as a Entry Level Sales Representative to hit key client metrics and KPIs
• Utilize sales techniques to effectively present service plans
• Having the ability to adapt to and overcome customer questions, concerns, or comments in a face-to-face setting
• Solve problems, troubleshoot campaign requests, and deliver key implementations to our customer base as a trusted Entry Level Sales Representative
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with current and potential clients by providing customer service and addressing any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with the customer service, sales, and other Entry Level Sales Representatives to improve team sales techniques and marketing
• Answer questions and resolve issues when they arise with empathy and professionalism What we look for in an Entry Level Sales Representative:
• BA/BS degree in sales/business or relevant experience is highly desirable
• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
• A natural ability to lead and inspire others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to foster genuine relationships with new and existing customers
• The ability to communicate in a face-to-face setting is a must
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize & execute sales activities
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Natural desire to learn from previous Entry Level Sales Representative members Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
