Overview

: We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our state-of-the-art fitness equipment showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences while helping clients find the perfect fitness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers to understand their fitness needs and goals
• Demonstrate fitness equipment and explain product features and benefits
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer requirements
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and cleanliness
• Assist with and restocking
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Support trade show and exhibition events as needed
• Contribute to achieving team and individual sales targets

Requirements

:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Physical ability to demonstrate equipment safely
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Sales experience in fitness equipment, sporting goods, or related industries
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
• Experience with POS systems and CRM tools
• Background in fitness, personal training, or athletics
• Passion for health and wellness
• Willingness to occasionally travel for trade shows or events
