CFM Equipment Distributors ([please apply online] a leading distributor of HVAC and solar products, has been serving contractors in the Northern California market for over 40 years. We are looking for top service and quality-oriented individuals to join our Territory Manager team. This individual would serve our customers along the I80 corridor from Martinez, CA to Davis, CA. Must be an energetic, hardworking, customer focused individual capable of delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position is responsible for meeting with customers at their place of business in order to determine solution opportunities, and train and educate customers on new products and programs. Applicants must show a clear commitment to working in a team environment and continuous learning. Must be flexible, reliable, a quick study, and have a positive "can do" attitude. In this position you will: *Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers in the HVAC wholesale industry. *Coordinate resources to meet customer needs. * Apply knowledge to educate customers on new products, programs, and initiatives. * Network and expand customer relationships. *Collaborate with internal departments to insure customer service excellence. *Participate in ongoing training to increase knowledge base and skill set. Qualifications: *Outstanding organization skills. *A strong drive to learn, grow, and succeed. *Interest in technical/mechanical equipment. *Proven ability to build and maintain relationships. *Excellent sales and negotiation skills. *Ability to collaborate in team environment. *Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills. *Comfortable with computer technology.
