We are a multi-import auto dealership group with Honda, Volkswagen, Nissan, Mazda, and Hyundai. We provide team members with top-notch training to give our customers the best possible experience. Our overall mission is to create an incredible vehicle buying experience when entering our facilities. Job Overview: Retail Sales Associates interact with new and returning customers in person and via phone to create valuable relationships. With a variety of support and resources, you have every opportunity to create your own success! Key Job Responsibilities include: * Learn and maintain product knowledge criteria set by the manufacturer * Proactively engage with customers who visit the dealership to understand needs and determine which vehicle best meets their needs. * Utilize variety of resources to make customer appointments * Demonstrate and test drive vehicles in a safe and informative manner * Communicate effectively via phone * Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner * Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others Required Skills/Abilities: * Professional demeanor * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Ability to manage time efficiently * Commitment to meet the company's production and quality standards. * Bi-lingual is preferred but not required. * Prior sales experience preferred * _Physical Requirements:_ * Sitting, standing , stretching, kneeling and reaching on a regular basis This position may require evening shifts, weekends and holidays as we are open 363 days per year.
