Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Take control of your earning by being paid TWICE on one job.

Responsibilities

: - Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads for Painting & Stucco projects - Identify potential customers and establish relationships - Quote customers on the pricing of certain projects and get service agreements signed - Be able to build rapport with customers - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments - Communicate efficiently with leads and clients alike - Manage the CRM efficiently

Qualifications

: - Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role - Demonstrated ability in technical sales, account management, customer service, and negotiation - Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques - Fluency in Spanish is an advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $81,697.00 per year
