Overview

: As a Window Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations , presenting customized window solutions, and closing sales. This role offers a competitive commission structure and provides qualified leads , allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Meet with homeowners to assess window replacement needs
• Provide professional recommendations on energy-efficient window solutions
• Explain financing options , including 0% financing , to help clients make informed decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-ups and consultations
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
• 7 years of experience in window sales is required, with prior sales experience in home improvement or related industries preferred
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners and close sales

Previous experience as an Outside Sales/Project Lead in the roofing industry is preferred. Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
