Position Summary As the Sales Assistant, you will assist the Director of Sales to reach 100% occupancy within the Community. Coordinating and scheduling the move in process for new residents and their families. Shifts Available * Part Time Days Job Type * on-site Pay * $18.00 - $24.00 depending on qualifications Responsibilities * Obtains resident contracts and coordinates the move in process. * Champions the move-in process and assists with new resident assessments. * Provide tours to prospects, as needed. * Participate in site visits. * Communicate and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective way. * Champion hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
