• Generate your own leads through door-to-door, local events, and networking

• Proven experience in commission-based or face-to-face sales
• HVAC, plumbing, or home service background is a big bonus
• Confident communicator, great listener, and people-person
• Highly self-motivated and independent you own your schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet, in the field, and making things happen
