Job Description: As an Event Sales Support at Kree Creative, you will be at the forefront of connecting customers to our client T-Mobile face to face. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with community members, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure a seamless and positive experience. This Event Sales Support role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a drive to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities for an Event Sales Support: * Meet potential customers face to face to discuss service offerings and communicate T-Mobile sales product options * Educate customers directly on the benefits of our services and assist them with the enrollment process * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets * Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction * Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and enrollments * Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and improve processes Qualifications for an Event Sales Support: * Proven experience in sales or customer service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results * Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Kree Creative Job Details * Full-time * Commission + bonuses (on average our employees make $850- $1,100/ week) * Job Location: Office + assigned customer meeting location If you're a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
