Full description of the position
We are seeking a results-oriented Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts and drive dealership revenue. This role involves managing our website, generating leads, and closing sales through various digital channels." Key Responsibilities: * Website Management: Responsible for ensuring the dealership website is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines. * Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and generate qualified online leads, including social media, online advertising, and other digital platforms. * Online Sales Process: Manage and process all online sales inquiries, from initial contact to vehicle purchase, providing exceptional customer service." * Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement online sales strategies, set goals, and track results. *Reporting & Analysis: *Analyze sales data and online performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Sales Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales, BDC (Business Development Center), or e-commerce sales. *Communication & Interpersonal Skills: *Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. *Digital Marketing & Social Media: *Familiarity with digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and online advertising strategies." * Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems like VinSolusions, email marketing platforms, and other relevant software." *Ability to Work Independently & as Part of a Team: *Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively with sales team members.
