Home Improvement Sales Pro - For the highly motivated individual No Limits on Commission - *No limit to the what you can make! No office to report to, Work from home & By visiting prospects in their home. This is a 100% COMMISSION & Incentive Role The successful candidate will have an opportunity to earn $70,000 to over $100,000+ This is a full time position with autonomy and the ability to influence your schedule. Auto Allowance, Cell phone, laptop provided. NOTE: You must live within the Columbus or Dayton area to be considered for this position. The Role: The successful Sales Pro will take ownership over learning the Footprints way of serving clients and will embrace the comprehensive training provided to quickly develop expertise. You will be proactive in sourcing and identifying new opportunities and will embrace gathering referrals to generate new business. You will follow a consultative sales approach to quickly uncover needs for customers and will be skilled at qualifying prospects and closing business often same-day.
