Job Summary

: We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• You will complete the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling clients and providing excellent customer service
• Responsible for opening and/or closing spa
• Check-in and check-out clients efficiently and accurately
• Maintain register accuracy and process payments.
• Manage waiting area and create inviting environment
• Build and nurture client relationships and resolve client concerns
• Places aesthetic patients in exam rooms, prep patient's face if applicable, and takes photographs for provider as per photograph protocol
• Collaborate with team members for seamless client experience
• Maintain exam rooms and procedure rooms neat and clean
• Assist in achieving office sales targets for spa services and products
• Understand all clinical treatment protocols and retail products the business provides and recommend treatments to clients.
• Assist with general practice marketing
• Create and edit content for social media

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Friendly attitude and attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales or medical aesthetics preferred
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and work flexible hours
• Proficient in handling multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, with ease.
• Comfortable appearing on camera to participate in the creation of social media content as part of the role.
