Farmers Insurance offers a 6-12 month mentorship program for aspiring entrepreneurs to learn how to be in complete control of running their own business! This program is great if you're hesitant to take the ownership plunge because you get side by side training and coaching from the best agents in the company while on the Protg program then continued support for your entire career from your District Office! Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year
