Do you have a passion for motorcycles and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service? Indian Motorcycle of Redlands is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our Sales and Parts Departments! Available Positions: Sales Associate (Full-Time) Parts Associate (Full-Time) What You'll Be Doing: Sales Associate Greet customers and provide a premium dealership experience Guide customers through the motorcycle buying process Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Parts Associate Assist customers with parts inquiries in-store and over the phone Maintain and organize inventory Process parts orders accurately and efficiently Work closely with service and sales teams to support department needs What We're Looking For: Previous motorcycle, powersports, or automotive experience a plus Strong communication and people skills Ability to work weekends Passion for motorcycles and a willingness to learn Why Join Us?
