• This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone ALOT.
• You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.
• You will go through a training program before taking live leads.
• The role is HOURLY+ COMMISSION. On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $50,000.00 more or less their first year. Experience sales reps will range from 60K+, 100k+, or even 200k+. Perks and

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls, understanding clients' tax challenges.
• Present the benefits of our tax relief services.

• Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Compensation
