Job Title: Pest Control Social Media & Sales Specialist (3+ Years Experience) Location: Upland, CA 91786 Hours: Part-Time - 20 hours per week (4-hour shifts, 5 days per week) Some flexibility required when working in the field between 6:30am - 4:00pm. Fieldwork will be expected at least once per week. This in-person role will play a key part in shaping our social media presence and boosting customer engagement across all platforms. You'll work closely with our team to coordinate, capture, and post compelling content while sharing the Rumble Fish story in a consistent, engaging, and authentic way. Platforms You 'll Manage: (Must Be Comfortable & Confident Using) * Instagram TikTok Facebook * LinkedIn Pinterest YouTube Google My Business Squarespace (Website) Types of Content You 'll Create: * Reels & Stories Behind-the-scenes footage Mini videos Customer testimonials Photos, visuals, and other creative assets Your Key Responsibilities: * Consistently post across all platforms Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries Monitor and respond to reviews (especially Google) Capture original photo and video content Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.) Use scheduling tools to manage content Track and report on social media performance Collaborate with our team to brainstorm content ideas and marketing promotions Participate in fieldwork at least once per week Tools You 'll Use (Experience Preferred): * Canva CapCut Meta Business Suite Later or Buffer Google Workspace Adobe Premiere Squarespace PowerPoint Excel (formulas a big plus!)
