Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory by developing strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of B2B sales experience, technical acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Our organization specialized in Worksite Insurance products while focusing on offerings from Chubb and Combined Worksite Insurance. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking efforts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to expand the customer base. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. * Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to management. Experience * Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or technical sales is preferred. * Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and business development principles. * Demonstrated ability in lead generation and outside sales techniques. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * A self-starter who is highly organized, motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
