Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions with their vehicle. * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting products and services. * Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure product availability. * Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics. * Assist in maintaining the auto shop, ensuring it is well-organized and stocked. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or outbound sales is preferred. * Previous experience working with cars. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as this enhances customer communication. * Strong understanding of inventory management principles. * Proficiency in retail math and basic mathematical calculations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to establish rapport with customers quickly and effectively. * Experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not required. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
