As a Luxury Real Estate Division Leader, you will spearhead and oversee the operations of the luxury segment within the real estate agency. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth and establishing the agency's prominence in the luxury market. * Leadership and Team Management: * Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of luxury real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. * Business Development and Strategy: * Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency's presence and market share in the luxury real estate sector. * Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential partnerships to drive growth and enhance the agency's reputation in luxury property sales. * Marketing and Branding: * Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling branding strategies and marketing campaigns specifically tailored for luxury properties. * Implement innovative marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms, exclusive events, and targeted advertising to showcase luxury listings effectively.
