As an In-House Marketing*Coordinator,* you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. * Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled*: * Uncapped earning potential (wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, contests) * Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunities * Travel discounts * Credit Union Membership * Tuition Reimbursement * Professional Counseling & Family Support * Growth and Development Opportunities * As a Coordinator MarketingInHouse, a typical day will include: * Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations. * Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. * Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. * Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. * Guest Experience and Company Standards*: * Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. * Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. * Contribute to team goals. * Always follow company policies and safety procedures. * To Become a Coordinator MarketingInHouse: * Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. * Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. * Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred. * Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. * Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
