We're dedicated to giving homeowners, business owners, and construction companies the best experience when they need a new roof! The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships in the roofing industry. This role involves assessing client needs, providing roofing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact through project completion. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Lead Generation: * Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods such as cold calling , Door Knocking , networking, and referrals. * Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads. * Sales Presentations: * Conduct site visits to evaluate client roofing needs and gather necessary measurements. * Present and explain roofing solutions, materials, and services to potential clients. * Provide detailed and accurate estimates and proposals. * Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing ongoing support. * Negotiation and Closing: * Negotiate contracts and terms of sale. * Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Project Coordination: * Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of roofing projects. * Communicate client expectations and project details to the operations team. * Market Analysis and Reporting: * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. * Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Education: * High school diploma, equivalent or any degree. Physical Requirements: * Ability to conduct roof inspections, which may involve climbing ladders and navigating various roof surfaces. * Ability to work in various weather conditions. Experienced!
