What We 're Looking For: * Clear Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication with technical aptitude and a positive attitude. * Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity. * Experience: A background in retail sales is helpful but not required. * Age & Work Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. * Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Social Media Savvy: A strong social media presence is preferred. * Transportation & Location: Reliable transportation and the ability to live within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed. * Tech Savvy: Ability to operate a personal computer. * Professionalism: Adherence to company policies with a neat and professional appearance.
