In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with clients and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to outside sales and territory management. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through direct sales efforts. * Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and assess competitor activity. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and support. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized software solutions that meet client needs. * Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. * Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies accordingly. * Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings and expand your professional network. * Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Experience in business development with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth. * Familiarity with software solutions relevant to the industry is highly desirable. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients at all levels. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset; able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Previous experience in outside sales or territory sales is an advantage.
