HomeShield Termite & Pest Control Company is seeking a licensed Termite Sales Inspector to join our team. We are a family owned and operated pest management company, thriving since 2009. Uncapped commission and pre-qualified sales leads provided. A Branch 2 & 3 license required. JOB SUMMARY * Run sales appointments that have been scheduled through the office * Perform thorough inspections of customer's homes and/or businesses * Prepare proposals and presentations based on inspection to obtain sales * Educate customers on the cost of services needed based on inspection * Reach company sales goals * Continually refining sales skills and product knowledge QUALIFICATIONS * Valid drivers license with good driving history * High character, be willing to do the right thing * Excellent customer service and strong communication skills * Track record of succesfully generating business * Tenacious and willing to go above and beyond to secure leads and close sales * Must care about customers! REQUIREMENTS * Possess Branch 2 and 3 license * Successfully complete background check and drug test * Valid driver's license and good driving history * Must be willing to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work from heights If this career sounds like a fit for you, please apply today!
