Interstate Mechanical LLC IMCOR is Arizona's leading provider of commercial HVAC solutions, specializing in maintenance, installation, and repair services. We are looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to help grow our service portfolio and deliver exceptional value to our clients. What You 'll Do:

  • Develop new business and sell preventative maintenance contracts
  • Build long-term relationships with commercial clients
  • Conduct site visits to assess HVAC maintenance needs
  • Create customized maintenance plans and proposals
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure top-tier delivery
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
What You Bring

:

  • Experience in commercial HVAC sales or service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with proven ability to generate leads
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
