Lollicup USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat food disposable goods and TeaZone beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in CA, HI, NJ, SC, TX, WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more. • Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan (inventory planning)
• Provide post-sales support to retain customers
• Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication
• Assist customer needs, relationship and problem-solving
• Report on the status of accounts
• Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
• Communicate product and pricing details clearly
• Anticipate up-selling to existing accounts
• Promote new products/services to existing customers
• Assist with high-volume order fulfilment
• And other sales-related assignments QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least 3+ years of B2B customer service and/or work experience in food service-related industry. We are looking for an assertive, Punctual, responsive & detail-oriented team-player. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Computer and internet savvy.
• 5+ year related working experience
• 2+ year project managing experience
• 1+ year Inventory management experience
• Bilingual is a plus
• Shipping logistic experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
