We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team with administrative tasks, client communications, and coordination of property listings and transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the real estate field looking for consistent weekday hours with the option for additional hours.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage phone calls, emails, and calendar scheduling for 2 agents.
• Prepare and process real estate documents (listings, contracts, disclosures)
• Coordinate showings, inspections, and closings
• Maintain and update MLS listings and marketing materials
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals
• Organize and maintain transaction files and office records
• Assist with social media and online marketing
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in real estate or administrative support preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Dotloop, CRM systems) We can train the right person.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable and professional demeanor

Work Environment

: In-office position with standard hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday). Occasional opportunities for extra hours may arise, particularly during busy seasons or client events. After training period we will evaluate the opportunity for some work from home days. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
