This role requires expertise in handling leads effectively via CRM systems. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a Business Development Center (BDC) or internet sales role, with experience in managing leads through a CRM system. This position demands strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to internet inquiries and leads, providing exceptional customer service. * Manage and nurture leads through the CRM system to maximize sales opportunities. * Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and text to ensure a positive experience. * Collaborate with the sales team to set appointments and facilitate the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications: * Fluent in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BDC or internet sales department, with a proven track record of working leads via CRM. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality.
