Requirements

:

• Must obtain a California real estate license if not currently licensed
• Strong sales background and ability to close
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, market research, and prospecting platforms (e.g., LoopNet, CoStar) a plus
