Responsibilities * Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets. * Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. * Conduct interviews and hire new staff to build a strong team. * Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability. * Create and manage budgets while analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives and promotional events.
