As an AT&T Sales Crew Member of our company working on behalf of our client, AT&T, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with potential customers and help them connect to the best in wireless and internet services. The AT&T Sales Crew Member will be on the front lines, driving new acquisitions and expanding the reach of our client's services. As an AT&T Sales Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to generate excitement and interest in AT&T's full suite of telecommunication services. Representing our client with professionalism and enthusiasm is key. Whether it's face-to- face interactions, community events, or lead follow-ups, you'll play a crucial role in helping AT&T grow. Responsibilities

:

• Engage with potential customers to promote AT&T's wireless and internet solutions on behalf of our client.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of AT&T's telecommunications services and help match them with the best package to meet their needs.
• Generate new customer acquisitions through face-to-face interactions and follow-ups provided by our team or gathered through your own efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure you can answer customer questions and provide accurate, helpful information about our client's latest technologies and promotions.
• Collaborate with AT&T Sales Crew Member team members and leadership to achieve sales goals and continuously improve your performance.
• Submit accurate documentation for each customer interaction to ensure proper tracking, order processing, and reporting to our client.
• Represent the brand professionally by upholding our standards of customer service, dress code, and ethical sales practices.
• Attend regular AT&T Sales Crew Member training sessions and team meetings to stay current on our client's evolving products, pricing plans, and sales strategies.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $852.81 - $1,400.00 per week
